If you'd like to have the attorneys at Montagulaw represent you or your company through the entire contractual process for any particular agreement, we will be there to provide assistance.  We will be happy to take an agreement at any stage in the negotiation process and help you finalize a draft the contracting entities can execute.

When we prepare an agreement, review and/or redline provisions, we make our attorneys available for meetings and conference calls for internal discussions with our clients.  In addition, we can serve as your company's representatives on conference calls directly with the other sides of the agreement.  Often times, walking through and explaining our revisions with the other sides will help move the agreement closer to signing.

Are schedules too burdensome or are you otherwise not able to find the time to continue with the negotiations once they've started?  Want to close the deal but don't have an attorney available to best represent your company's side at the negotiating table?  Our attorneys can help keep things moving.  We are available to pick up the negotiations where you or your attorney may have left off to help ensure that opportunities are not lost or forgotten when negotiations are stalled and put on the back-burner.
