Mr. Walsh's focus is on intellectual property law, particularly in the area of trademarks.  He regularly counsels clients on a wide variety of intellectual property issues, including national and international trademark filing, enforcement, infringement risk, marketing and advertising strategies.

Mr. Walsh manages trademark portfolios for clients in the financial services, cosmetics, culinary and publishing industries. His other trademark-related responsibilities include domestic and international clearance, prosecution, and contract review.

Mr. Walsh also has extensive domain name registration and dispute experience and assists with the firm's general corporate and contract matters for several clients.
