Ms. Upson is the latest attorney to join the firm.  After ten years as an in-house trademark paralegal for a multinational information and publishing firm Ms. Upson made the smooth transition as an attorney and was quickly able to bring her knowledge and expertise to assist with the firm's rapidly expanding trademark practice. 

In addition to managing a docket of over 7,000 trademarks registered globally, she frequently advises clients on the feasibility of using and registering trademarks in those core jurisdictions where the firms' clients do business and has extensive experience working with the USPTO and other similar foreign agencies at each stage of the life of a trademark.
