Mr. Molland's focus is on corporate, commercial and securities law, primarily for emerging technology and other high-growth companies. He counsels clients on a range of entity formation issues, debt and equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transfer and licensing matters. Mr. Molland also advises clients on corporate governance matters and Securities Exchange Act compliance.

Mr. Molland started his career in 2005 at White & Case, LLP in New York City. Mr. Molland received his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, cum laude.
